June 15th - June 19th * Forest Magic
Discover the magic of the forest! Build fairy houses, mix up potions, and make magic wands.
June 22nd - June 26th * Water Protectors
Join our team of water protectors! Campers learn about the importance of our local river, the animals that depend on it, and the role we play in keeping it healthy.
June 29th - July 3rd * Hidden Worlds
Discover the secret worlds at the river! Campers become keen observers as they search for insects and amphibians, record discoveries in nature journals, and build bug and amphibian hotels.
July 6th - July 10th * Wilderness Skills Jr.
Learn how to stay safe outside! Build Shelters, learn to tie simple knots, track animals and practice first aid skills.
July 13th - July 17th * River Explorers
Explorers unite! In this camp we will learn basic way finding skills, make our own maps, and discover new paths and play areas along the river.
July 20th - July 24th * Wildcrafting
Discover all the parkway fauna has to offer! ID useful plants like blackberries, willow for basket making, and elderberry. learn responsible and ethical harvesters and craft a foraging pouch.
July 27th - July 31st * Nature Art
Let's get crafty! Young artists explore all the fun art activities we can do outside. Harvest wild clay, practice simple weaving, and do LOTS of watercoloring.
August 3rd - August 7th * Storytelling
Circle round, camp friends! We will share our favorites stories, make up our own, and make our own book! We will also create story props and cards to help us share our stories with friends and family.

Hiking, swimming, art & Nature Curriculum
June 22nd - June 26th * Adventure Club Jr.
Ages 5-8
For younger children who are newer to hiking and building up stamina.
should be able to walk approx 1 mile before coming to camp.
July 6th - July 10th * July 14th - July 17th
Wilderness Skills Ages 6-12
Learn how to stay safe outside while exploring! Build Shelters, light a fire, track animals, find & purify water and practice first aid skills, all while actually being outside!
(Can be taken individually or together)
July 27th - July 31st * Adventure Club
Ages 6 - 14
Go further, and explore more! This is our regular exploration group for kids who have more experience outside.should be able to hike 1-3 miles before camp.
